Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, body waxing, and eyelash extensions.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sanitized before and after each use to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Utilize salon software to manage client appointments, track services, and maintain accurate records.
• Provide personalized consultations to clients, assessing their skincare needs and recommending appropriate treatments.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare, beauty products, and techniques to offer clients the best service possible.
• Assist in retail sales by promoting skincare products that align with client needs and preferences.
• Uphold high standards of hospitality by creating a welcoming atmosphere for all clients.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state regulations.
• Proficiency in body waxing techniques.
• Strong knowledge of color theory as it relates to skin tones and makeup application.
• Experience in a med spa or salon environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on customer service and hospitality.
• Familiarity with salon software for appointment scheduling and client management is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
