We are looking for a passionate and driven Esthetician to join our team and help grow our company.
Position Summary
Help grow the company in revenue by the end of the year. You will be held accountable for hitting weekly/monthly sales goals and must be able to maintain a 65% client retention rate.
Be open-minded and non-judgmental, focused on the client and the well-being of them. Goes above and beyond (within reason) to make clients feel heard and seen. Genuinely cares about the clients. Desire for knowledge and learning, doesn't need to be told what to do, just takes initiative. Thinks outside of the box to get things done. Hits sales goals.
Requirements
- Actively licensed in Esthetics
- 2-3 years of experience
- Proficient in facials, facial massage, microcurrent, and dermaplaning (lash lifts are a plus!)
- Passionate about skincare
- Available Wednesday and one weekend day
