Licensed Esthetician

In this role, you will provide expert basic skincare treatments, enhance clients' natural beauty, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments including Japanese head spas, back facials, lash lift and tints, brow laminations, waxing. (Makeup is a bonus)
• Maintain strict sanitation standards and ensure all equipment and treatment areas are clean and compliant with health regulations.
• Utilize salon software such as salon scheduler on Clover for appointment scheduling, client records management, and sales tracking.
• Engage actively with clients through social media management to promote services, share updates, and build lasting relationships.
• Provide excellent guest services by listening attentively, addressing concerns promptly, and upselling treatments or packages to enhance client satisfaction.
• Support front desk operations by greeting clients, scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Stay current on industry trends.

Skills

• Proven experience as a Licensed Esthetician with knowledge of practices.
• Strong management skills to handle multiple appointments efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards.
• Excellent communication skills to connect with clients effectively and promote services confidently.
• Experience in social media management to enhance brand visibility and engage with the community online.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff.
