Experienced Medical Aesthetician at Korean Medical Aesthetic Clinic

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and patient-focused Medical Aesthetician to join our growing team. New esthetician graduates who are passionate about building a career in medical aesthetics are also welcome. We provide comprehensive training and mentorship on our advanced technologies and treatment protocols.

What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive skin consultations and develop customized treatment plans.
• Perform professional aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, HydraFacial (if certified), and other medical-grade skin treatments.
• Assist providers with advanced energy-based treatments, including Exion, EMFACE, and other innovative technologies.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, skincare products, and post-treatment care.
• Recommend clinic skincare products based on patient needs.
• Document treatments accurately in electronic medical records.
• Maintain treatment rooms and equipment according to medical standards.
• Deliver an exceptional luxury patient experience from consultation through follow-up.
• Collaborate with physicians and the clinical team to achieve outstanding patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed Esthetician in Massachusetts.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical spa or aesthetic clinic.
• Strong consultation and patient communication skills.
• Experience with medical-grade skincare and treatment protocols.
• Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Experience with HydraFacial.
• Experience selling skincare products and treatment packages.
• Familiarity with Korean skincare philosophy and advanced aesthetic treatments.
• Social media content creation experience is a plus.
