Skincuress is a luxury facial studio specializing in advanced facial sculpting, buccal massage, corrective skincare, and elevated client experiences. We are looking for someone who naturally embodies warmth, professionalism, emotional intelligence, and hospitality. Technical skills can be taught. The ability to make people feel comfortable, valued, and cared for cannot.

Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is someone who can read the room, anticipate needs, and create meaningful connections with clients. They are calm under pressure, highly organized, emotionally intelligent, and genuinely enjoy helping people.

This person will often be the first impression of Skincuress and will play a key role in maintaining the elevated, personalized experience our clients expect.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients with warmth and professionalism
• Manage scheduling, confirmations, and client communications
• Perform HydraFacial, glacial, acne/rosacea/melasma corrective treatments
• Perform sculpting and facial massaging
• Support daily studio operations and maintain an organized environment
• Ensure every client feels comfortable and cared for throughout their experience
• Follow up with clients after appointments to check on their experience
• Assist with retail recommendations and service education
• Help maintain the high standards and culture of Skincuress

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, luxury retail, wellness, medical aesthetics, skincare, or client services preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with scheduling systems is a plus
• Comfortable using technology and learning new software
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
