Job Summary

The Esthetician at Skulptd provides advanced skincare and body treatments in a luxury medspa setting. This role focuses on enhancing clients' appearance and confidence through customized facial services, body sculpting support, and high-quality client care.

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation & Skin Analysis

• Perform detailed skin assessments and consultations
• Identify skin concerns (acne, aging, hyperpigmentation, sensitivity)
• Develop personalized treatment plans and skincare routines

Skincare Treatments

Perform professional services such as:

• Customized facials and advanced facial treatments
• Chemical peels and exfoliation treatments
• Microdermabrasion and dermaplaning
• LED light therapy and hydration treatments

Body Treatments

Perform or assist with body contouring services such as:

• Non-invasive body sculpting (lymphatic drainage)
• Cellulite reduction and skin tightening treatments
• Educate clients on realistic expectations and treatment plans

Client Experience

• Deliver exceptional, luxury-level customer service
• Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat visits
• Maintain a clean, calming, and professional treatment environment

Product Knowledge & Sales

• Recommend skincare products tailored to client needs
• Educate clients on at-home care and maintenance
• Promote service packages and memberships

Sanitation & Compliance

• Follow strict hygiene, sanitation, and infection control protocols
• Maintain equipment and treatment rooms according to regulations
• Ensure compliance with New York State esthetics licensing requirements

Qualifications

• Active Esthetician license (New York State)
• Previous medspa or spa experience preferred but not required
• Knowledge of advanced skincare techniques and products preferred but not required
• Experience with body sculpting treatments is a plus preferred but not required

Compensation & Location

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
