About the Role

As a Skin/Dermal Therapist, you are the ultimate MG ambassador. You lead by example and treat all clients with the utmost respect, ensuring they feel welcome, confident and at ease. Combining a passion for skin care, beauty and client experience, the Esthetician delivers a unique, exclusive, and engaging service for each client during every treatment or consultation.

Main Responsibilities

• Delivers a unique, exclusive, and engaging service for each client during every treatment or consultation
• Maintains the treatment room by properly maintaining tools, devices and equipment within
• Maintains infection control to the highest of standards
• Maintains clinical notes within best practice guidelines
• Shares best practices with the team and contributes to the nourishment of their collective knowledge (peer to peer learning)
• Participates in ongoing development and skills training

Client Experience

• Develops a long-lasting relationship with clients rooted in authenticity, relevance, and emotional connection
• Provides skincare treatments and personalized skincare consultations; understanding their needs and proposing a treatment plan and/or skincare regime that addresses their concerns
• Experience preferred in the Biologique Recherche methodology, including the 'Skin Instant' diagnosis and signature manual lifting protocols. You possess a deep understanding of BR's active formulations and the ability to curate sophisticated, results-driven skincare regimens tailored to each client's needs
• Masters skincare diagnosis and protocols of all services and treatments
• Systematically offers both a service and an experience along with a follow up invitation that turns each client experience into a memorable MG moment
• Share with clients and fellow team members your skincare expertise
• Act as a Skin Care Advisor to create a trustful relationship with clients

Position Requirements

• A minimum of 2-3 years' experience within a luxury spa or clinical environment
• Skilled and knowledgeable regarding skincare formulations and ingredients
• Knowledgeable of the skin's anatomy and physiology
• Excellent communication skills with a keen desire to create the ultimate client experience
