Entry-Level Electrologist / Laser Technician / Esthetician (Full Training Provided)

Location: Brooklyn, NY
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday 10 AM–7 PM, Friday 10 AM–3 PM (Saturdays Closed)

We are a growing medspa with expanding opportunities, and we're looking for a vibrant, friendly, and motivated technician to join our team at FabElectrolysis. The ideal candidate loves working with people, has excellent customer service skills, and is eager to learn.

This role will focus on laser hair removal, electrolysis, and waxing. While your main responsibilities will be with clients, we also expect flexibility to assist with back-end tasks such as sending forms, answering calls, restocking, and maintaining the store. Experience with laser and electrolysis is appreciated but not required—we provide full training for 2–3 months, which is paid. Commission begins once you're ready to work independently with clients.

Compensation

• Base Pay: $17/hr minimum wage
• Commission for Electrolysis: $0.25 per minute
• Example: 60-minute client → $15 commission + $17 base pay = $32 for that hour
• Additional earning opportunities will be discussed during the interview

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform electrolysis, laser hair removal, and waxing (full training provided)
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure every client feels welcomed and cared for
• Answer phone calls, respond to texts, and check emails
• Book, reschedule, and cancel appointments using our system
• Send intake forms to clients and ensure they are completed correctly
• Assist with ordering supplies, restocking, and keeping inventory organized
• Maintain a clean and tidy store between clients
• Give consultations and explain treatments clearly
• Maintain professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude
• Be willing to work hard, grow with us, and commit long-term
• Work the required weekly schedule (two days off: any day + Saturday)
