Role Summary

The Director of Lifestyle Experiences serves as a dynamic hands-on leader within the hospitality team, dedicated to ensuring every resident enjoys a vibrant and engaging experience at Newbury Court. This role oversees all programming for Independent Living including Fitness, Arts, and Salon. This role acts as the central connector, fostering a welcoming environment and cultivating meaningful relationships among residents, staff, and families.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Management: Design, implement, and oversee innovative programming in fitness, arts, salon services, and independent living, ensuring comprehensive coverage seven days a week.
• Leadership & Engagement: Inspire and lead the Lifestyle team to deliver exceptional service and personalized experiences for all residents.
• Technology Integration: Leverage technology to streamline operations and enhance resident-facing activities, maintaining focus on direct engagement rather than administrative tasks.
• Presence & Approachability: Maintain a consistent, visible presence throughout Newbury Court to encourage interaction and foster a sense of belonging.
• Annual Lifestyle Calendar: Plan and execute a diverse calendar of wellness, networking, cultural, sports, musical, and art events that reflect the interests and needs of the resident community.
• Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess resident feedback and emerging trends to introduce cutting-edge programming that responds to the evolving needs of the community.
