Duties

• Lead and motivate a diverse team of stylists, barbers, estheticians, and support staff to achieve service excellence and sales goals
• Manage daily salon operations including scheduling, client appointments, and front desk responsibilities using salon software such as Meevo
• Oversee retail sales initiatives by promoting products like hair extensions, makeup, nail care items, and eyelash extensions through effective upselling strategies
• Ensure all sanitation protocols are strictly followed to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff
• Process ordering, inventory management & payroll
• Implement store management best practices including inventory control, retail math calculations, and financial tracking
• Foster excellent communication with clients to enhance customer service experiences and resolve any concerns promptly
