Dental Office Front Desk Receptionist
We are looking for an individual that can grow with the dental office. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, can multi-task, and is a team player. Prior experience is required.Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with insurance claims processing
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Handle financial transactions, including collecting payments and issuing receipts
