Color Analysis Specialist/Consultant

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Personal Color Analyst to join our team. We offer both part-time and full-time positions. Anyone who has high interest in fashion and beauty, and has a good understanding of color theory, and is good at communicating with customers is welcome. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who is passionate about customer service and has a strong background in color theory.

Responsibilities

• Personal Color Analysis consulting to individual clients and to corporate clients (in studio & business trip)
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring each client is provided with accurate Color Analysis and addressing any questions during sessions
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve goals and expand our product offerings
• Recommend makeup products based on best color palette
• Ability to learn fast, be up to latest trends in makeup, fashion, styling

Experience

• High level of understanding of Personal Color & Color Theory. Art degree a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
• Prior customer service experience

Qualifications

• BA Art Degree Preferred
• Strong knowledge of color and/or fashion and/or make-up
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer engagement
• Familiarity with Personal Color Seasonal palette
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment and independently
