Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment
  • Manage client phone calls and take messages as needed
  • Maintain organized records and files, ensuring efficient data entry and retrieval
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Support administrative tasks, including scheduling management, office organization, maintain light cleaning and restocking supplies
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance communication and sales efforts
