Job Description
Max & Mia Children's Salon in Hanover is looking for a part-time receptionist. Nights, weekends, and mother's hours available.As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate stylist
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive and sort daily deliveries
Skills
- Experience as a salon receptionist is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to operate a multi-line phone system
- Customer service-oriented with excellent communication abilities
