We are seeking a talented and dedicated Eyelash Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for beauty and aesthetics, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service. As an Eyelash Specialist, you will be responsible for applying eyelash extensions and ensuring a high standard of sanitation and client satisfaction. Experience in a salon or med spa environment is preferred, along with proficiency in various beauty treatments.

Responsibilities

• Apply eyelash extensions with precision and care, ensuring client comfort throughout the process
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in compliance with health regulations
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences
• Educate clients on aftercare for eyelash extensions to ensure longevity and satisfaction
• Manage appointments using salon software such as GlossGenius
• Assist with retail sales of beauty products related to eyelash care and enhancement
• Promote additional services offered by the salon or med spa, including braiding, lash lifts and tints, brow lamination, and brow tinting
• Engage in social media management to showcase your work and attract new clients
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license or relevant certification in eyelash extension application
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Experience in management or guest services within a salon or med spa setting is preferred
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols in beauty treatments
• Familiarity with various beauty techniques including facial waxing
• Proficiency in retail sales and upselling techniques to enhance client experience
• Ability to perform product demonstrations and educate clients about services offered

Pay

• Techs will be paid by commission, techs will get 50% commission on all services and 10% on all retail sold.
