Certified Lash Technician at Athena's Beauty

We are looking for a talented and reliable Lash Artist to join Athena's Beauty in the East Village. The ideal candidate must be highly skilled in lash extensions and able to create a range of styles including classic, hybrid, volume, wispy, cat-eye, and doll-eye. At minimum, you should be comfortable answering phone calls, keeping your station clean, and helping maintain overall salon cleanliness while delivering a friendly, professional client experience. Experience with lash lifts, brow shaping, tinting, lamination, waxing, or facials is a plus but not required. We are primarily looking for someone who is passionate about lash extensions, detail-oriented, dependable, and excited to uphold the high standards and reputation of Athena's Beauty.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service, consulting on lash designs and aftercare while ensuring a welcoming, clean, and sanitized environment.
• Perform eyelash extension applications, lash lifts, and related esthetic services with precision and safety, adhering to salon protocols.
• Maintain clean workstations, sanitize tools, and manage front desk tasks including scheduling, phone calls, and client communication.
• Promote retail products, upsell services, and assist with body waxing or facial add-ons as appropriate.
• Stay informed on industry trends and maintain licensing, hygiene standards, and salon software management.
