Lash and Brow Artist

In this role, you will be the go-to expert for enhancing our clients' natural beauty through expertly applied eyelash extensions, brow shaping, and a variety of aesthetic treatments. Duties

• Perform eyelash extension applications, brow shaping, tinting, and grooming with precision and care.
• Deliver a wide range of aesthetic treatments such as dermal fillers, botulinum toxin injections, chemical peels, dermabrasion, and laser treatments in accordance with safety standards.
• Provide professional consultation to clients about suitable services, product recommendations, and aftercare instructions.
• Maintain strict sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
• Manage client appointments efficiently using salon software like Millennium or MINDBODY, ensuring smooth scheduling and client flow.
• Engage with clients through personalized communication, upselling retail products, and promoting new services via social media management efforts.
• Assist with front desk responsibilities including guest services, product demos, retail sales, and handling inquiries with excellent customer service skills.

Requirements

• Proven experience working in the beauty industry with skills in eyelash extensions, eyebrow shaping, and esthetic treatments.
• Certification or licensing in cosmetology, esthetics, nursing, or related fields such as tattooing or barbering is preferred.
• Knowledge of advanced aesthetic procedures including dermal fillers, Botox (botulinum toxin), chemical peels, laser treatments, and body waxing.
• Strong management skills with experience using salon management software like Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and client records.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively consult with clients about their desired results and treatment options.
• Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and safety protocols at all times.
• Familiarity with social media management for marketing purposes is a plus.
• A passion for continuous learning about new trends in lash artistry, brow design, hair styling, makeup application, nail care, and other beauty services.
• Strong customer service orientation combined with retail sales acumen to upsell products confidently.
