We provide protocols, professional tools and supplies, handle marketing and scheduling - your job is the artistry and the client experience.

What You'll Do

Services

• Lash extensions: classic, hybrid, light volume
• Lash lifts and lash tints
• Brow lamination, brow tinting, brow shaping and waxing

Client Experience

• Pre-book every client at checkout (script provided)
• Upsell and cross-sell complementary services (script provided)

Salon Operations

• Inventory management: track stock, flag reorders, receive deliveries
• Content creation: before/afters, reels, behind-the-scenes for our Instagram (scripts/detailed tasks provided)

Growth

• Practice on models to build new techniques
• Continuing education - paid brand certifications and ongoing training

Requirements

Required

• Active MA Esthetician's License
• 1+ year of experience

Preferred

• Hybrid or volume certification
• Lash lift experience
• Brow lamination experience
