Responsibilities

• Perform professional eyebrow shaping, including threading, waxing, and tinting to achieve desired looks.
• Apply eyelash extensions with precision, ensuring comfort and safety for each client.
• Know all different types of lash and brow trends.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and adhering to health regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service through clear communication, product recommendations, and personalized consultations.
• Engage with clients via social media management to promote services, share before-and-after photos, and build community presence.
• Upsell retail products confidently to enhance client results and increase sales revenue.
• Assist with front desk duties when needed, creating a welcoming environment for all guests.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working in the beauty industry with skills in eyelash extensions, brow shaping, and esthetic treatments.
• Certification or licensing in cosmetology, esthetician practices, or nursing as applicable for injection or botulinum toxin treatments.
• Knowledge of salon software booking systems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to educate clients about treatment options and aftercare.
• Familiarity with sanitation protocols and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Experience with social media management for marketing purposes is highly desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills with an energetic attitude that motivates clients and team members alike.
