What You'll Be Doing

Your primary focus will be providing exceptional brow services, including:

• Brow shaping
• Brow waxing/threading
• Brow tinting
• Brow laminations

Strong brow mapping skills and the ability to create beautiful, customized brow shapes are essential. We are looking for someone with proven brow experience who understands facial balance and can confidently work with a wide variety of clients.

You'll also receive extensive hands-on training in our signature Korean Lash Lift technique. Previous lash lift experience is a plus but is not required.

If you already perform natural lash extensions, that's a huge bonus. We specialize in elegant, natural-looking lash extensions, and artists with additional certifications and skills have increased earning potential.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Providing a luxury client experience from start to finish
• Greeting clients and assisting with check-in and checkout
• Maintaining a spotless, organized treatment room and studio
• Helping create a calm, welcoming atmosphere throughout the day
• Educating clients on aftercare and recommended products
• Creating and posting content consistently on your designated social media accounts
• Participating in studio content creation days and marketing initiatives
• Assisting with daily studio operations when needed

• Holds a current New York State Esthetics or Cosmetology License
• Has proven experience with brows and brow mapping
• Has excellent attention to detail
• Learns quickly and genuinely enjoys being coached
• Is excited to be part of an intensive training program
• Takes pride in producing consistently beautiful work
• Is dependable, punctual, and professional
• Can work independently without constant supervision
• Helps create a calm, positive environment for clients and coworkers
• Is comfortable creating content and being on camera
• Is eager to continuously learn and improve
• Wants a long-term career

Bonus Qualifications

These are not required but are a major plus:

• Korean or traditional lash lift experience
• Natural lash extension experience
• Strong retail and client education skills
• Previous luxury salon or spa experience

Training

Every new artist completes an intensive paid training program before working independently.

Training includes:

• Paid at $18/hour
• Approximately 5–6 training days
• 5–8 hours per day
• Hands-on education
• Ongoing mentorship
• Practice models
• Learning our systems, standards, and client experience
