Brow and Lash Artist

We are looking for detail-oriented Brow + Lash Apprentice to join our studio and grow within our approach to natural beauty.

We’re especially interested in someone who is genuinely passionate about natural brow renewal, brow design, and enhancing what is already there rather than creating overly sculpted or artificial results.

What we’re looking for:

• Current Connecticut Esthetician License required

• 1–2 years of experience preferred, but not required

• Genuine interest in brows, lashes, and natural beauty

• Strong attention to detail and a desire to master technique

• Warm, polished, professional presence

• Open to learning our techniques, product philosophy, and approach to natural beauty

• Reliable, curious, and committed to continued education

Compensation: Paid training and apprenticeship, with the opportunity to transition into service-based compensation as you build proficiency.

This is an apprenticeship-style opportunity for someone who wants to develop their skills under guidance and build a long-term career in brow and lash artistry.
