We are seeking talented and passionate Braiders to join our dynamic team. As a Braider, you will be responsible for providing exceptional braiding services to our clients, ensuring they leave the salon feeling confident and satisfied. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity while working in a supportive environment that values artistry and customer service.

Duties

• Perform various braiding techniques, including but not limited to box braids, cornrows, and twist styles.
• Consult with clients to understand their desired styles and provide expert advice on hair care and maintenance.
• Upsell additional services such as hair extensions, color treatments, or styling products to enhance client satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling, client management, and inventory tracking.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive salon atmosphere that encourages creativity and teamwork.

Experience

• Previous experience in braiding or cosmetology is preferred but not required; we welcome candidates willing to learn and grow.
• Familiarity with hair threading techniques is a plus.
• Skills in retail sales and store management are advantageous for those looking to expand their role within the salon.
• Knowledge of color theory and makeup application can enhance service offerings and client experiences.
• A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to ongoing professional development are essential.
