Job Description

We are currently seeking skilled, fast, and friendly Hair Braiders to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a wide range of braiding styles, take pride in clean and precise parting, and be able to complete styles efficiently while providing a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a variety of braiding services, including but not limited to:
• Knotless braids
• Box braids
• Goddess braids
• Cornrows
• Twists
• Stitch braids
• Feed-in braids
• Crochet installs
• Deliver clean parts, neat finishes, and fast service while maintaining comfort for the client
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized work station
• Create a friendly and engaging environment to ensure clients feel welcome and valued
• Build long-term relationships with clients by offering consistent, high-quality results
• Keep up with new braiding techniques and hair trends to offer fresh and relevant services

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a professional braider (pictures, videos, portfolio or Instagram page)
• Strong proficiency in multiple braiding styles
• Detail-oriented with a focus on clean parts and neat execution
• Ability to braid quickly without compromising quality
• Friendly, professional, and able to contribute to a positive salon atmosphere
• Punctual, dependable, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment

Additional Information

Note: A cosmetology license is not required for this role, but it is a plus.
