Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs.
• Utilize hair threading techniques as requested by clients.
• Sanitize tools and workstations to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients and offering personalized recommendations.
• Engage in retail sales by promoting products that enhance client satisfaction.
• Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling and client management.
• Upsell additional services and products to maximize client experience and satisfaction.
• Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, answering inquiries, and managing appointments.
• Contribute to store management tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Mentor junior stylists or interns, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Skills

• Proficient in hair threading techniques.
• Strong ability to sanitize tools and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Experience in retail sales within a salon environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with salon software for efficient operations.
• Ability to upsell services and products effectively.
• Experience with front desk operations in a salon setting is a plus.
• Knowledge of store management practices is beneficial.
• Mentoring skills to guide less experienced team members are highly valued.
• Proficient in using straight razors for precise grooming tasks.
