Biscott Styles Barbershop is currently expanding and seeking motivated barbers who take pride in their craft and want to grow within a professional, client-focused environment.

Located near Journal Square PATH in Jersey City, our shop benefits from consistent walk-in traffic, strong visibility, and a loyal client base. We focus on delivering high-quality service, maintaining professionalism, and creating an experience that keeps clients coming back.

Position Overview

As a barber at Biscott Styles, you'll provide quality grooming services while building your own clientele in a high-traffic setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform haircuts, fades, beard trims, line-ups, and grooming services
• Consult with clients to understand their style preferences
• Deliver consistent, high-quality results
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
• Stay current with modern barbering trends and techniques

Compensation & Growth

• Commission-based pay with strong earning potential
• Top barbers earn $4,000–$8,000+ per month
• 100% of cash tips retained
• Consistent walk-in traffic to help build clientele

Qualifications

• NJ Barber or Cosmetology License preferred
• Applicants working toward licensure are encouraged to apply
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Professional attitude and client-focused mindset
• Ability to work evenings and weekends (peak hours)
• 1 year of barbering experience preferred
• English language skills preferred
