At New Heights, I'm not just looking for someone to fill a chair. I'm looking for someone who wants to grow, sharpen their craft, build confidence, and become better than they are today.

You don't have to have everything figured out. You don't have to be the best barber in the room yet. But you do have to care. You have to want to learn, push yourself, take pride in your work, and be willing to grow alongside the people around you.

I want New Heights to be a place where you can become a stronger barber, develop your own identity, build real relationships with clients, and start seeing this craft as something bigger than just a job.
