About the Role

This position is ideal for a barber seeking to work in a high-traffic environment, while building and maintaining clientele.

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide barbering services including haircuts, fades, beard trims, line-ups, and shaves
• Speak with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles
• Deliver clean, consistent results with attention to detail
• Keep your station clean, organized, and compliant with sanitation standards
• Stay up to date with current styles, techniques, and tools

Earnings & Opportunity

• Commission-based structure with strong income potential
• Many barbers earn between $4,000–$8,000+ per month

What We're Looking For

• NJ Barber or Cosmetology License preferred
• Open to applicants currently in the process of getting licensed
• Reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented
• Professional attitude with strong customer service skills
• Availability during evenings and weekends (high-demand times)
• Barbering: 1 year (Preferred)
• English (Required)

Schedule

• Full-time and part-time roles available
• Flexible scheduling, with priority given to peak hours
