Job Summary

We are seeking a talented barber to join Bentleys! In this role, you will be delivering haircut services and creating a welcoming environment for clients. You will also play a vital role in maintaining client relationships and optionally promoting retail products. Bentley's is a high-class establishment that offers customer check-ins with our front desk receptionist, a clean and one-of-a-kind old school barber shop feel including a pool table, TV, ATM, vending machine, and an eye-catching aesthetic that keeps customers coming back and new ones coming in. Bentleys is a cash-only business; you are paid directly by your client. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills, create client relationships, and grow within a lively, customer-focused setting.

Required 5-day work week & valid MA Barbering license.

Rent a station for a weekly rate.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of hair services including haircuts, shaves, hot towel treatments, hair styling, and client retention.
• Deliver expert customer service and satisfaction.
• Conduct straight razor shaves with precision and care.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff.

Qualifications

• Valid MA barbering license
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and team members.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining a clean salon environment.
• Ability to perform straight razor grooming with precision.
