Assistant Manager (Part-Time → Full-Time Opportunity) at Brows & Beauty Lounge

Brows & Beauty Lounge is looking for a strong, reliable, and motivated Assistant Manager to support daily operations and help lead our growing team.

This is a part-time position with the opportunity to transition into a full-time leadership role for the right candidate.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid Esthetician License (NY) (preferred)
• Spanish-speaking is a plus
• Previous experience in beauty, salon, or customer service management is a plus
• Strong understanding of bookings, client experience, and team coordination

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily studio flow and bookings
• Supporting staff performance and maintaining team standards
• Ensuring a high-level client experience at all times
• Managing schedule gaps, cancellations, and last-minute changes
• Assisting with inventory, cleanliness, and studio organization
• Supporting business growth and maintaining brand standards

Compensation & Work Location

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
