We are seeking a friendly and motivated assistant to join our team of high-level hair stylists! As an assistant at Brio Hair Company, your role is crucial. You will be working hands-on with clients in a fast-paced environment, performing services, and accommodating client needs. Customer service skills are imperative for this role. We will provide you with one-on-one education, along with salon education to pave the way for your career.

Responsibilities

• Perform color applications, blow-dries, shampoos, and styling services.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations.
• Communicate effectively with clients & coworkers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Create & capture content for social media.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products.
• Build strong customer relationships through excellent customer service.

Requirements

Experience is not required; however, a valid Cosmetology license is required.
