Aesthetician

As an Aesthetician, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the beauty and confidence of our clients while promoting our services effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials and facial/body treatments.
• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations.
• Utilize salon software such as Vagaro for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring a positive experience throughout their visit.
• Manage front desk operations including greeting clients, handling payments, and promoting retail products.
• Upsell services and products based on client needs and preferences to enhance overall sales performance.
• Engage in social media management to promote services, share product demos, and showcase client transformations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in aesthetic treatments to provide the best possible care.

Skills

• Experience with Hydrafacial and dermaplaning is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Ability to perform product demonstrations confidently to educate clients about services offered.
