What You'll Do

As a Medical Aesthetician, you will play an important role in patient care and practice growth. Responsibilities include:

• Performing customized medical-grade facials
• Performing HydraFacial treatments
• Performing chemical peels
• Performing laser and energy-based treatments after appropriate training and within the permitted scope of practice
• Conducting thorough consultations and developing customized skincare and treatment plans
• Recommending professional skincare products and home-care regimens
• Educating patients about treatments, products, and long-term skincare goals
• Helping patients understand recommended treatment plans and complementary services
• Supporting patient retention through excellent care, communication, and follow-up
• Assisting with social media content, events, and marketing initiatives
• Maintaining a clean, organized, safe, and compliant treatment environment
• Collaborating with physicians, injectors, aestheticians, and front-desk team members
• Assisting with front-desk responsibilities while building a consistent treatment schedule

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate:

• Holds an active Massachusetts Aesthetician License
• Has previous medical-spa experience
• Has experience performing HydraFacial treatments, customized facials, and chemical peels
• Has laser-treatment experience or is eager to complete additional training
• Is comfortable conducting consultations and recommending treatment plans and skincare products
• Is outgoing, confident, polished, and highly personable
• Is passionate about aesthetics, skincare, and delivering natural-looking results
• Is dependable, self-motivated, and has a strong work ethic
• Is eager to continue learning and growing within the aesthetic industry
• Works well independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Is willing to assist with practice growth, events, and social media content
