Medical Aesthetician at BYOU Laser Medical Clinic
BYOU Laser Medical Clinic is a growing medical aesthetics practice committed to providing exceptional patient care and personalized aesthetic treatments in a professional and welcoming environment.We are seeking a professional, enthusiastic, service-oriented, and sales-driven Medical Aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare and aesthetics, has excellent customer service skills, and is eager to learn and perform the services offered at BYOU.
The successful candidate will educate patients on treatment options, recommend personalized skincare and treatment plans, perform aesthetic services, and help build lasting patient relationships while contributing to the growth of the practice.
Responsibilities
- Perform aesthetic, skincare, laser, and body treatments.
- Conduct consultations and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Educate patients on skincare, treatments, and products.
- Perform treatments including facials, chemical peels, TCA peels, Aquapure, microdermabrasion, microneedling, laser treatments, and cavitation/body contouring.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and follow all clinic protocols.
- Provide professional pre- and post-treatment guidance and follow-ups.
- Build strong patient relationships and deliver an exceptional experience.
- Recommend appropriate treatments, memberships, and skincare products.
- Work toward individual and clinic sales goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment.
Qualifications
- Medical Aesthetician Certificate required.
- Additional skincare certifications preferred.
- Experience with laser treatments strongly preferred.
- Experience with facials, chemical peels, TCA peels, Aquapure, microneedling, microdermabrasion, and cavitation.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products and skin types.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Sales and retail experience is a plus.
- Strong team player with a professional and positive attitude.
- Bilingual is a HUGE plus!
