Aesthetician

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various aesthetic treatments and services, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for our clients. This role requires expertise in both traditional and advanced aesthetic techniques, along with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of aesthetic services including facials and hair laser removal.
• Conduct thorough skin assessments to recommend appropriate treatments and products.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in accordance with industry regulations.
• Utilize salon software such as MANGOMINT for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
• Engage in retail sales by promoting products that enhance client experiences and results.
• Provide product demos to educate clients on skincare regimens and treatments.
• Assist with front desk operations, including greeting clients, answering inquiries, and managing bookings.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless guest services and satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to provide the best possible service.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Proficiency in various aesthetic techniques such as esthetic laser treatment.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols within the beauty industry.
