Medical Esthetician at S&J Esthetique

S&J Esthetique is a boutique medical aesthetics practice dedicated to providing personalized aesthetic and skincare services in a professional, welcoming environment. We are looking for a passionate, reliable, and client-focused Medical Esthetician to join our growing team.

We are seeking a licensed Medical Esthetician / Skin Care Specialist who is passionate about skincare, aesthetics, and helping clients feel confident in their skin. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about skincare, provides exceptional client care, and is comfortable working in a medical aesthetics environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional facial and skincare services within the scope of your license, training, and clinic protocols
• Conduct client skincare consultations and identify individual skin concerns
• Recommend appropriate skincare services and at-home skincare routines
• Educate clients on skincare products and proper pre- and post-treatment care
• Provide a warm, personalized, and professional client experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment room
• Follow all clinic safety, sanitation, and infection-control protocols
• Maintain accurate and timely client and treatment records
• Protect client privacy and confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and applicable privacy regulations
• Communicate effectively with the S&J Esthetique team
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and treatment protocols
• Maintain knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and industry best practices
• Participate in ongoing education and training as opportunities become available

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey Skin Care Specialist license in good standing
• At least two years of experience in a medical spa, aesthetics, dermatology, or skincare setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of professional skincare and facial treatments
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Passionate about skincare, aesthetics, and client care
• Strong commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and privacy
• Ability to follow established safety, sanitation, HIPAA, and clinic protocols
• Eagerness to learn and develop new skills within the medical aesthetics field
• Comfortable working in a professional, client-focused environment
