Aesthetic Nurse (RN) / Nurse Practitioner (APRN)

In this role, you will deliver expert aesthetic treatments, educate clients on skincare and cosmetic procedures, and provide exceptional guest services that elevate their confidence and well-being. Responsibilities

• Perform advanced aesthetic procedures including botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care.
• Conduct consultations to assess client needs, recommend suitable treatments, and develop customized skincare plans.
• Manage patient records accurately using salon or medical spa software such as AestheticsPro, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and post-treatment care to maximize results and satisfaction.
• Assist with retail sales of skincare products, cosmetics, and treatment packages through effective upselling strategies.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards and ensure all treatment areas are clean, organized, and compliant with health protocols.
• Engage in social media management by sharing before-and-after photos, promoting services, and fostering community engagement to attract new clients.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals through treatment plan recommendations, package sales, membership enrollment, and retail product sales.

Requirements

• Valid RN license or APRN certification with current state licensure.
• Proven experience in medical aesthetics or med spa environments; familiarity with treatments like Botox, dermal fillers, laser therapy, hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and body waxing is highly preferred.
• Strong management skills to coordinate treatment schedules and oversee front desk operations when needed.
• Knowledge of salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY; experience with salon or spa management systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly explain procedures and build rapport with clients.
• Demonstrated customer service expertise with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to uphold sanitation standards rigorously while managing multiple client appointments efficiently.
• Skills in social media management for marketing purposes; experience with product demos and community engagement is advantageous.
• Additional skills in cosmetology practices like hair styling, nail care, makeup application, tattooing, hair threading, barbering, or straight razor shaving are considered a bonus.
