Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our salon. This role includes administrative support, insurance claims coordination, and general office management.

This is a back-office position (not client-facing). The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can multitask, stay organized, and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Director, including handling requests and priority tasks
  • Assist with insurance claim submissions and follow-ups
  • Maintain organized records and filing systems
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as email correspondence and document preparation
  • Communicate professionally with clients, insurance companies, and team members as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative or office experience required (salon or medical experience a plus)
  • Experience with insurance claims or willingness to learn
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
