Learn how a salon operates in real time!

set up the salon for the day
laundry
working hands on with clients and stylists
shampooing clients
keeping the salon in order
assisting stylists hands on during appointments and color applications
learning product knowledge, application of toners, blowdrying and our structures in place.
Requirements
currently enrolled in cosmetology school or just graduated motivation is key.
Our assistant position is based on motivation, following guidelines and eagerness to learn.
must be on time and arrive to work when scheduled.
works well with direction and in a team-based environment
currently living in Massachusetts, no more than 50 minutes away (The Halloween Season is bananas, trust us!)
light training with our booking system to cover a rare shift for our Front of House for lunch breaks
