Solante Studios is a luxury beauty destination in Brooklyn redefining the salon experience through elevated artistry, intentional branding, and a growth-driven team culture.

We are seeking a skilled, motivated Lash Artist who is ready to build long-term within a structured, high-standard environment.

This is not a booth rental. This is a collaborative growth opportunity inside a brand-driven studio.

Studio Expectation:

Each chair operates with a minimum monthly production requirement to ensure sustainability of the shared space. We are building something long-term and seek artists who are aligned with performance, visibility, and growth.

Requirements:

Valid NY State Esthetics or Cosmetology License
Minimum 1 year lash experience preferred
Strong sanitation standards
Professional, punctual, and client-focused
Willingness to actively promote services

This is a position for someone who wants to grow inside a brand — not just rent space.
