We are seeking a talented and passionate Nail Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in nail care and cosmetology, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail services while ensuring a clean and sanitized environment for our clients.

Duties

Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and nail art.
Demonstrate knowledge of color theory to assist clients in selecting the perfect shades and designs.
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering personalized recommendations.
Upsell additional services such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, body waxing, and esthetic laser treatments to enhance the client experience.
Assist with retail sales by promoting products that complement nail care services.
Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments to provide clients with innovative options.
Maintain accurate records of services performed and products sold.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of nail care techniques and sanitation practices.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Experience in retail sales is preferred, along with an understanding of retail math for inventory management.
Familiarity with additional beauty services such as hair styling, hair threading, barbering, dermabrasion, and body waxing is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to continuously learn new skills and techniques.
