About Salon Shandee

At Salon Shandee, we believe the best stylists are always learning, and that knowledge is meant to be shared, not guarded. We have a true team mentality. There is no gatekeeping here. We openly share techniques, formulas, tips, and knowledge because we believe everyone is better when we help each other succeed. Whether you are an experienced stylist or just starting out, you will be surrounded by people who genuinely want to see you grow. Education is a huge part of who we are. We believe in investing in the next generation of stylists through hands on education and our apprenticeship program. Our goal is not simply to teach you how to work behind the chair. It is to give you the knowledge, confidence, and real world experience you need to build a successful career. We genuinely want our apprentices to grow into confident, successful stylists, and we take pride in being part of that journey. But our culture goes beyond hair. We believe in creating genuine relationships with our clients and getting to know the people sitting in our chairs. We are a friendly, welcoming team that enjoys what we do, supports one another, and believes that the salon should be a place where both our clients and our team feel comfortable, valued, and excited to be there. If you are looking for a salon where you can continue to learn, be supported by your team, build meaningful client relationships, and grow your career, Salon Shandee is a place where you can do exactly that.
