Duties

Provide a wide range of esthetic services including facials to meet client needs.
Manage front desk responsibilities by greeting clients warmly, scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries efficiently.
Conduct product demos and upsell retail products to enhance client results and increase sales revenue.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across treatment rooms and common areas.
Assist with inventory management of skincare products and salon supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
Deliver exceptional guest services by listening attentively to client concerns and providing personalized treatment recommendations.
Support team collaboration through effective communication skills and management of appointment flow during busy hours.

Experience

Proven experience as an esthetician with knowledge of advanced skincare techniques such as laser treatments, dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, and body waxing.
Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills to build lasting client relationships.
Experience in retail sales and upselling skincare products effectively.
Knowledge of social media management tools for marketing purposes is a plus.
Hands-on experience with sanitation protocols and maintaining a clean treatment environment.
Ability to perform multiple roles efficiently—combining esthetic expertise with front desk management—while maintaining a lively and positive attitude. Compensation
