Duties

Perform laser hair removal and other laser-based treatments with precision and care.
Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Utilize software for scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing payments.
Provide additional services such as tattoo removal, laser facials and body contouring.
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in the beauty industry to enhance service offerings.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Laser Technician or in a similar role within the beauty or wellness industry.
Strong knowledge of laser technology and skin care treatments.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Excellent upselling and cross selling ability
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Must possess relevant certifications or licenses required for performing laser treatments.
