Responsibilities

Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
Provide additional services such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, and esthetic laser treatments as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools in compliance with health regulations.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations.
Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care, color theory, and styling techniques.
Manage appointment schedules efficiently to optimize client flow.
Educate clients on proper nail care and maintenance practices.
Assist in retail sales by promoting products that complement services provided.

Requirements

Valid cosmetology or nail technician license as required by state regulations.
Proficiency in nail care techniques and knowledge of color theory.
Experience with esthetic laser treatments, eyelash extensions, body waxing, or barbering is a plus.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality service standards.
