Duties

Perform a wide range of nail services including manicures, gel manicures, acrylic and nail extensions, and intricate nail art using color theory principles.
Conduct pedicures and other foot care treatments to promote healthy nails and skin.
Apply esthetic procedures such as dermabrasion, disinfection procedures, and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
Provide professional advice on nail care, maintenance, and retail product recommendations to enhance client satisfaction.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences, offer personalized recommendations, and upsell additional services or retail products.
Follow salon safety protocols diligently to maintain cleanliness, disinfection standards, and overall sanitation compliance.
Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art, gel techniques, and industry innovations to continually elevate service quality.

Skills

Strong knowledge of color theory for creating visually appealing nail designs.
Proficiency in applying nail extensions, acrylic nails, gel manicures, and other advanced nail techniques.
Experience working in the beauty industry with a focus on nail care and esthetic treatments.
Excellent client communication skills to understand needs and deliver personalized service.
Knowledge of salon safety protocols, sanitation standards, disinfection procedures, and overall hygiene practices.
Ability to perform pedicure treatments along with other body waxing or skin care services as needed.
Retail sales skills including upselling products related to nail care and beauty enhancement.
