Genuine passion and curiosity for textured and curly hair Strong desire to master a specialty rather than remain a generalist Growth-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous education Empathy, professionalism, and a true client-centered approach Humility and eagerness to learn a completely new methodology Previous curl-specific experience is not required.
