Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and adhering to health regulations
Utilize salon software like MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client management, and upselling services
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, offer recommendations, and ensure satisfaction
Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques in hair care, color theory, and customer service excellence

Requirements

Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of hair styling, coloring, and grooming skills
Proficiency in salon software systems such as MINDBODY for managing appointments and client records
Certification in cosmetology or barbering from an accredited institution; additional expertise in sanitation practices is essential
Knowledge of hair care products, hair coloring techniques, and hair extensions application
Skilled in client communication to build trust and foster long-term relationships
Ability to perform specialized services including hair threading, makeup application, and nail care when needed
Strong communication skills combined with a passion for mentoring others and upselling complementary services
