Responsibilities

Perform a wide range of barbering services, including haircuts, fades, beard trims, shaves, and styling
Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times
Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
Stay current with industry trends, tools, and techniques
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance

Requirements

Strong technical skills in cutting, fading, and grooming
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
Passion for the barbering industry and personal growth
