Job Overview

Harmony Laser is an expanding laser hair removal and skincare spa located in the Upper West Side of Manhattan. We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate with clients effectively about our services and bookings.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Communicate with clients in person and through various platforms regarding bookings, conflicts, and services.
Communicate with potential clients informing them of our services and helping them choose the best options for their needs and budget.
Manage miscellaneous administrative tasks in the spa.

Skills

Knowledgeable of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint) for fliers and promotional material.
Knowledgeable of the laser hair removal industry service catalogues, how laser treatment functions and who can and cannot use this procedure.
Proficient in English.

Platform Experience

Harmony Laser utilizes various platforms for potential customers to find us through and to manage the bookings. Potential candidate will have to know how to navigate these platforms. Included, but not limited to:

Mindbody
Podium
Groupon
ClassPass
Pulsd
Gilt

Compensation and Benefits

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
