We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced Medical Esthetician to join our luxury Medical Spa, Aesthetic and Wellness team.

We are looking for a polished professional with a minimum of two years of experience in a medical spa setting who is confident, client-focused, and results-driven with strong product knowledge.

This is not an entry-level position. We are seeking a true treatment specialist who understands advanced skin therapies, delivers exceptional patient care, and thrives in a high-performance, sales-oriented environment.

Must hold a current Esthetician License
Highly polished, professional, and well spoken
Strong sales ability with a passion for helping clients achieve real results

Responsibilities

Perform advanced aesthetic treatments with excellence
Conduct thorough consultations and create customized treatment plans
Recommend and educate clients on medical grade skincare
Support monthly revenue goals

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a medical spa
Advanced knowledge of medical grade skincare
Chemical peels
Microneedling
HydraFacial
Dermaplaning
Laser treatments
RF or advanced skin tightening treatment plans and skincare products
Confident recommending treatment plans and skincare products
Sales experience is a must
Eyebrows and lashes experience is a plus
Body sculpting experience is a plus
